USA Home Improvement is a woman-owned home improvement contractor website. My client needed a website to intake and screen potential clients and to display her project portfolio. The website should show my client’s values and what she aims to deliver for her customers. During our interview, I asked her, “What do you want your customers to feel after they get a finished reno with you?” Her reply said it all: “I want my clients to love being at home.”
